I have been a licensed clinician since 1998. After working many years in both public and private child welfare, I started my private practice in 2014 specializing in work with members of the adoption constellation and children impacted by foster care. In recent years, I have expanded and am transitioning to working mostly with adults. I believe in the innate healing capacity we all possess. My approach is informed heavily by neuroscience, attachment theory, and a belief we are all capable and deserving of deep and meaningful connections - with ourselves, others, our ancestors, a higher power, and the Earth. As of 2026, my weekly therapy practice is closed to new clients as I shift my energy toward retreats and therapy intensives.
